Shipping & Refund Policy

Applies To: All purchases of MindHero™ memory-support nutraceutical products processed through Digistore24 (Merchant of Record) and fulfilled by FullStack Fulfillment (Hero Health's logistics partner).

1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
  • A confirmation email with tracking information is sent as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

1.2 Domestic (U.S.) Transit Times & Rates

*Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier once the parcel is in their possession.

1.3 Free Shipping Threshold

  • Free U.S. shipping is automatically applied to any order containing three (3) bottles or more.
  • Orders of one (1) or two (2) bottles are charged a flat-rate shipping fee displayed at checkout.

1.4 International Shipping

  • MindHero ships worldwide where legally permitted.
  • Transit times vary by destination; most orders arrive within 7–15 business days.
  • Customs duties, VAT, and any import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refusal to pay such charges will be treated as a return (see §2.4).

1.5 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us at support@hero.clinic within 30 days of shipment for assistance.

2. Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind MindHero™ with a 100% money-back guarantee for 90 days from the purchase date. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund.

2.1 What Can Be Returned?

  • We will refund the purchase price of up to one (1) opened bottle plus any remaining unopened bottles sent back to us.
  • Empty bottles beyond the first or products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refund.

2.2 How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@hero.clinic or call +1 (720) 605-3246 with your Digistore24 order number within 90 days of purchase.
  2. Our team will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions.
  3. Ship the product(s) to the address in §4. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Upon receipt, we will process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.
  5. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged.

2.3 Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned as "Refused," "Unclaimed," or "Undeliverable" will be refunded for the product price only, less any carrier return fees.

3. Exchanges & Replacements

If your package arrives defective or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping.
